At HARIO, we stand by the quality of our brewing equipment and glassware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Pack with Care

    Carefully secure the items in their original Hario packaging to prevent breakage, ensuring all filters, manuals, and accessories are included.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned glassware for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
